Key Responsibilities
Certified Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Personalized Care Plan Implementation: Operate under a care plan specifically developed for each individual by a Registered Nurse, ensuring that every client receives specialized attention tailored to their unique needs.

Hygiene & Bathing Safety Assistance: Play a crucial role in maintaining clients’ personal hygiene, assisting with safe bathing practices to ensure cleanliness while minimizing risks of falls or injuries.

Nutritional Support: Engage in meal preparation and planning, handle food shopping, and ensure that clients’ dietary needs are met, thereby promoting their overall health.

Toileting Assistance & Incontinence Care: Provide sensitive and discreet assistance with toileting and incontinence, upholding the dignity of our clients at all times.

Mobility Assistance: From aiding in ambulation to providing support to bed-bound clients, ensure safe and comfortable movement within their living spaces.

Dressing Assistance: Help clients dress comfortably and appropriately, enhancing their confidence and well-being.

Household Assistance: Keep clients’ living environments clean, organized, and stress-free through light housekeeping, laundry assistance, and running errands.

Specialized Care Expertise: Utilize your expertise in areas such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care to provide tailored attention and support to clients with cognitive challenges.

Companionship & Emotional Support: Offer not just assistance, but also joyful companionship. Play a key role in ensuring the mental well-being of our clients, reducing feelings of isolation.
